Booked sons driving theory test with a booking agent cost me double

    The real scandal is that Google continues to make money out of these barely legal sites knowing full well that they offer services that can often be found for free for grossly inflated prices.

    And I thought its motto was 'Don't be evil'...
    Google is a business, no scandal here

    They're taking money for advertising a service that is entirely legal. Who are they to decide what's moral or ethical? That's the job of politicians. Their sole responsibility is to provide shareholders with a return on their investment.

    If that is the site the OP used then they do seem to offer the "free" extra test booking on fail.

    The real scandal is that apparently, the DSA accepts these 3rd party bookings.
    If it did not, the whole scam would be dead in the water.
