hi guys, i need to evict a tenant, she is approaching 4 months, need some more information on section 25. how does it work, how much does it cost, what happens if she doesnt vacate thanks

    When you say
    she is approaching 4 months,
    - what, 4 months in arrears, 4 months pregnant, 4months into the initial fixed term???

    when does/did the fixed term end??

    If rent payable monthly??

    Was there a deposit, was it protected, was T advised of protection & served "prescribed information"???

    you go to court for posession, which you wont get if you don't follow the process correctly, so don't skimp on that

    If you dont know what you are doing and you have to post on an internet forum for advice, I advise you to sell your rental and take up golf or something.
