Bombarded to claim personal Injury

I'm really annoyed with these legal firms bombarding me with calls to claim money set aside for 'un-claimed' money for personal injury.
It was a small bump from behind and amicably resolved between insurance companies.
They are asking me to tell lies that I have suffered discomfort, whiplash etc.
Does anyone know how to stop these people calling me to pursue this illegal claim.
It's £3 grand. Am I being naive in not claiming it.

    Welcome.

    a) hang up as soon as you realise it's one of them - don't even answer if you recognise their number or they withhold it. b) get the name of the company, phone your insurance company and ask who to report to (not sure who such companies may be regulated by. c) ask the person calling to put you through to the complaints dept / their manager and ask for your details to be removed from their systems.

I've been off sick for the last couple of weeks and have received lots of unsolicited calls on the landline, offering me this, that and the other. No-one would get as far as asking me to lie about anything ...

    Tell them you've already claimed.

At least you actually had an accident. I'm forever wondering how much extra I should claim for the amnesia I am clearly suffering from!
