So i have a faulty pram set (0-4yrs) my son is now 5 months old the pram was bought pre birth and had to be sent back it was actually swapped at the front door with a delivery man.
Anyway this pram has gone and bust as well. I have contacted the seller quoted 1979 sale of goods etc and they have now agreed to either repair or replace the pram.
My only problem is they expect me to pay the £16,50 postage cost up front and then they refund it after.
Is this right i pay and they refund it at a later date. Now I can afford £16.50 but what if i couldn't?
Any answers are good
cheers
steve

With respect, does it matter?
Why look to answer issues that aren't there?
(You did say any answers are good so don't shout at me.
