Money Claim Online

Hi Everyone,

I recently won a MCOL case and have been awarded full repayment for incomplete building work by a rouge trader M and A Roofing based in Worsley in Cheshire. He has made no attempt to pay and as such I am interested if interest continues to accrue against this case. I want to work out how long it will take for the interest amount aligned to the claim costs and the court costs will then exceed the amounts required for me then to pursue him for bankrupcy.

How much is the judgment for? Was it obtained by default or following a hearing?

Is it a private limited company or actually a sole trader?

It was for approx £200 plus interest, obtained by default as they did not turn up. The company is not limited.
