i was unmarried in a relationship for 20yrs for the last 10 yrs full time househusband my partner did not want me to get a job even thou she only did partime i did everthing with my kids taking them to school parents evening etc.my kids range from 20mths to 20yrs back in sept she dropped the bombshell she no longer loved me and wanted me out (she said there was no one else that was a lie even my oldest daughter knew about new bloke before me.we agreed when we split up the youngest would live with me and the others can choose 12yr choose to live with me.i moved out with 2 kids taking my name of the council tenacy the youngest child child benefit was always in my name anyway so all i claim was child tax credit.fast forward a month ex partner changes her mind takes back both kids(with the benefit).i involve solicitors now she saying i never had 2 kids living with me for that mouth also the only reason i wanted to claim child benefit was to help me with getting council flat(the youngest child benefit was always in my name since the day he was born.Also now she claiming i was always abusive and violent(never as much as got a speeding ticket in my life my record is clean)now we broke up it has got worse so say.she even has oldest child backing up her story as so say i was violent to her as well what can i do i still want the 2 kids living with me surely just because i havent a job yet that does not come in to it as if i was a women who was a house wife she would automatic get the kids (also for that month my ex partner did her back in (her cox e)so she was vitually bed ridden anyway and doctors notes would prove that.please help never knew a women i knew for 20 years would me like that(i can get plentryof character witness about me and how i was with the kids from friends old neilbours etc sorry about grammar.

I am really sorry but I think the reason no one has replied is that this is really difficult to read.

There's nothing anyone can advise you with, other than to sympathise with you, and just provide all the evidence you can to your solicitor.
