FileHippo update checker no longer working

Hi all

I had to restore my PC from an image and since then the FileHippo update checker has stopped working.
I've uninstalled it, rebooted and then reinstalled from a fresh download but all I keep getting is the fact that it has stopped working and Windows is looking for a solution.

I'm using Windows 7 and it was working fine before the restore.

Anyone any ideas?

just let the programs you use regularly check for updates rather than running a third party software all the time?

I liked the fact that the FileHippo one checked them all at once and I could download/install them at a convenient time for me.
I'm just curious as to why it's stopped working.
