Don't have any lows at all, I have only sold just over 100 items - have 100% feedback so I guess its just from a couple of people leaving 4 stars instead of 5. Just a bit miffed...
They are unlikely to be 4s to drop you that quick, you may have some 3s.
Have a look at the expanded seller dashboard thread, find the info about rseeing 'trending stats' and see what exactly you are being left. By default most people leave 5 *, that's how most sellers maintain 4.8 * and above, if your sellers are not routinely that it is worth having a think and maybe comparing your listings to someone else and see what is different about yours. Might it for instance be packaging? Thank you Soolin, I have used brown paper in the past so will try and avoid that. I have a load more stuff to list on my personal account so I will have a rethink. Can't really do any more about the dispatch time though, I think posting same day is pretty good and unless I can invent a time machine I can't improve on that one!0
