Can anyone help me please. Using an asus laptop with windows 8 installed. Of recent I have noticed that after a while of typing my cursor just jumps to a different part of the text and even to a different window pane if I have 2 open at one time. It is extremely annoying so can anyone give me some advice on how to stop this happening please?

Hand brushing the trackpad perhaps?0

download touchfreeze 1.1.0.msi from google and it locks the keypad when your typing to stop hand brushing against it.0

Some track pads can be VERY sensitive to non-touch movements.
Also see if their is a "sensitivity" option in the control panel for the trackpad, dial it down a few notches and see if it makes a difference.Laters
