Price per units

I have been on the price comparison sites but I want to know the price per unit of the gas and elec, they only give the annual savings. But the price per unit would be better. I may be doing it wrong and there is away of doing it. Also I am with utility Warehouse and some of the sites I am unable to fill in as I do not know who the supplier is.

Hi Freya,

Try energyhelpline. They do have Utility Warehouse listed but it's always better just to get the actual prices of the tariff (gas/elec prices per Kwh) you're on and compare them with the best that comes up for your area.

As far as seeing the price pre unit goes once you input all your details and the list of the best companies for you comes up click on the company names and a smaller window will apprear like THIS ONE. Scan down it to "pricing details" and you will get the prices per Kwh.

Then just compare these prices with what you are paying at the moment but also take into account any yearly discounts such as DD discounts on offer both with your current plan and the new ones.
