oulook/webmail/gmail HELP!!

I am really stuck !

I was receiving emails on my webmail (from provider) which also went to Outlook and to my android phone (via G mail)

I was getting a load of returned undelivered spam so I changed my password on my webmail account (no problems with Outlook) but struggled with my phone,

finally went into G Mail from my PC and changed password there - my provider account is still shown as the defaul e-mail. BUT -none of my e-mails now go to either Outlook or to my webmail- they all just go to GMail.

I am very confused .,..

Can you clarify a couple of points.

Does this mean your service provider - ie an ntlworld.com/sky.com etc email address.

And do I read your post correctly in that you have previously set a 'forward' for all messages from your service provider email account to both an outlook.com account and a gmail.com account?

Do you use your service provider email account as your primary address or do you give out your outlook.com or gmail.com address? Maybe you use all 3 for different reasons?

If someone sends directly to your outlook.com account then do you have any forwarding configured to any of your other addresses? (such as your gmail?)

Hi, My main email address is ????@madasafish.com. That is used by by Outlook and my webmail on the madasafish account.

Before I changed my password on the madasafish site I had e-mails forwarded to my phone by gmail.

I dont have forwarding from anywhere else - just put the ??@madasafish.com address in my phone and everything worked OK...until I messed !

There are two ways to get mail from one account to the other - the first is to forward it from your webmail (using a forwarding rule) the second is to use POP3/IMAP within Gmail to actually collect the email from your webmail provider.

Which option are you using? If it is the latter then you will need to update the POP3/IMAP settings as it will be using your old password and therefore won't be able to connect to your webmail.

I think that I was collecting it - when I got my new phone I just had to put in my @madasafish.com email address and password so I am guessing that I have to find the POP3 setting in Gmail ?

Thank you - you must be VERY clever :)
