whats your degree in? what a levels have you got? what work experience do you have?
retail is probably your best bet - managment training courses in retail and a training programme. my sister works in retail straight from a levels and she's a manager at next on two evenings and weekends (she has two kids now), her partner works his way up without a degree and his an area manager for the signet group. retail can use all the skills - finance, admin, customer service, managing, team work.0 -
I remember a rep from Marks and Spencers being at school on my A Level results day trying to get anyone that had missed out on their grades for uni - I think they have programmes that may be suitable?0

If you have decent A level grades what about Aldi? They are in the top five employers in the country, excellent money and good prospects. Store Managers vacancies require A levels.
If not what about local gov? Have a look at your local council website or alternatively do you live near an RAF base? The MOD offer good prospects. There are also prisons & immigration camps who needs officers - again good pay and prospects.

You said finance might be an option?
There are routes into accountancy for school levers with decent A-levels. You would probably train for the ATT qualification and after that, move onto a 'better' qualification like the CA one, which is something that tends to be option to university leavers. From what I know of accountancy, it is possible to work up to the same level as someone who's been to university.
It's also not all fun and games - the exams sound absolutely horrid, so if this is the reason why you left university, it may not be for you.0
