Parcelforce twice delayed delivery of my items , I had sent an item to a relatives in Leeds a week apart, on both occasions they didnt deliver on time, ie 5 days for 48hr service and on both times they said the van broken down. I was able to submit two claims and get small cheque for £2.63 back !
Also the driver of a parcel I received dumped it on my doorstep in full view of everyone and forged my "signed" name on his PDA, how cheeky! I emailed customer services who said they would check who was on duty that day as it is not meant to be left unattended but returned to a local PO!
