Best credit card??

Hi I have got a credit card that I would like to transfer the balance onto a new card but I'm not sure which card is the best for me. I currently have a Halifax card. Obviously I would like to pay little apr as poss and little balance transfer fee as poss. Can anyone advise me on which is the best card as I'm not 100% sure.

Barclaycard probably have the longest period at the moment. But it's not so much a question of what's the best, but what's the best one you can get, based on your circumstances.0

Yeah I understand. I only earn 17k a year so barclaycard is a no go.
