Exchange/Refund help-Concert tickets

Hi guys, looking some some help/advice

I bought 2 tickets for Rod Stewart in Manchester for the Saturday.

My fianc! mistakenly bought 2 tickets for the Sunday for her parents to also go.

We bought them via different ticket sites.

We are trying to exchange one set so we can all travel together. We are coming from Scotland so will cost us a bomb!

What at our rights, if we have any, to refund or exchange the tickets? They were purchased more than 2 months ago

Welcome to MSE, you need to check the terms and conditions of the sale on the ticket sites, but it is usual that there are no refunds or exchanges as part of the booking conditions on a lot of sites. If that is the case it might be worth considering staying for two nights in Manchester and all travelling together, making a weekend of it.
