some can change it with diet but some can't. I personally have never had a "healthy" diet, veggie doesn't necessarily equate to healthy , my love of chips, crisps, fatty food and cream cakes probably did me no good.:rotfl: ( i am not fat, more on the skinny side)
There is so much conflicting advice I certainly can't decide what to believe.
Yes, but dad did eat a so called 'healthy' diet, low fat, veggie, etc. and his results were getting steadily worse. The best the GP could suggest was the standard to cut out the last remaining bit of cheese and start back on the statins. I'm not going to claim that everyone could match the dramatic improvement that he has experienced but there is mounting evidence that it does result in improvements for most.Eat food. Not too much.
