Can I delete anythig please? Hijack this thread thing

Hi my laptop has gone really slow. I've gone through some of the steps in the "slow pc" thread, but to be honest, I don't really know what I'm doing. I've put on the malwarbytes and that is currently running, I also have cc cleaner and have cleaned up what I think I can, but I really need some expert help. Can someone please help?

Also, if I post a list of my programmes installed, could someone please advise what if, (if any) I can actually get rid of?

This can go:-

There should be a setting in MSN Messenger to stop it starting with Windows which will get rid of these:-

Check for a scheduled task for Google updates (that can go as well).

There's only so much you can do. Vista will run a lot better with more (Minimum 2Gb) than the 1GB currently installed if this is the same machine as last time.

Concerning Java; You need to remove both Java 6 update 6 and Java 6 update 37.

see the last section of the speedup sticky, be aware that a factory restore wipes everything, so backup to an external drive first, and if you are using macrium, create the boot cd.
