Hi have managed to drop my N7 and broken the screen. Has anyone else done the same thing and managed to find someone to repair it for less than buying a replacement?

You can contact google for an out of warranty repair so they might be able to give you an idea of costs.

Thank you have rung Asus and the chap I spoke to said they charge £50 just to collect it and and have a look any repairs would be on top of this. He said as it's so new spare parts are very hard to come by at the moment and his suggestion was to put it in a drawer for a few months and then maybe there would be more screens available. Am very sad loved my Nexus
but just to let other people know the screens are very fragile there are lots of posts online about screens cracking! 0
