ESA stopping-pls help

Hi,
Had a letter saying that my ESA is going to stop as I have been on it for a year now. I am in the work group.
So what happens now? Will I have to eat grass?
Before I was on ESA, I was on IB for about 10 years.
Pls help:eek:

Do you have capital over £16,000, or any other household income? If not, you should apply for income based JSA.0

do you have a working partner or any other incime?
if not you will go onto income related ESA... the amount is the same0
