Keyboard keys gone weird!

Hi all,

I had to reinstall windows and all the drivers on my machine a couple of weeks back...

Since then some of the keys on my keyboard have gone weird - the symbols dont correspond to the key!

E.g the pound sign (Shift + F3) gives: #

the 'at' key for emails gives: "

etc etc

this is very annoying - can someone help please?!

You need to change the keyboard layout from US to British.

Tried that and under Regional options it already had English(UK).....and I still have the problem....

OK, but does it have English (US) there as well? If so - remove it, or designate English (UK) as default.

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options and it will open the window shown here. Just follow the pics to change keyboard language.
