Parking fines appeal system

I HAVE YET TO USE THE APPEAL SYSTEM, BUT HAVING MADE AN APPEAL AGAINST A £92 FINE FOR SUPPOSEDLY STAYING 2 MINUTES OVER TIME (REDUCED TO £55 IF I PAY SHORTLY) i READ THAT I CANNOT APPEAL USING MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES AND IF I DO APPEAL IT WILL NOT BE READ FOR 35 DAYS. nOW THE FINE HAS TO BE PAID IN 14 OR 28 DAYS SO WHERE DOES THAT LEAVE THE APPEAL? VERY SHARP PRACTICE AND I INTEND TO FIGHT IT,. iNCIDENTALLY THIS "FINE" WAS IMPOSED BY A PRIVATE COMPANY IN A DROP OFF ZONE IN THE DARK WITH NO ONE WAITING TO COME IN AT NEWQUAY AIRPORT AND WAS NOT SENT TO ME UNTIL 6 WEEKS AFTER THE ALLEGED OFFENCE. YOUR COMMENTS PLEASE.

WHAT FINE!!!! DID YOU GO TO COURT? Did the judge give you a fine? A court issued fine is the only enforceable fine there is. So no court...no fine...no problem.

It's actually an invitation for you to pay to avoid court...the chances of you actually going to court if you ignore them are miniscule so my advice is to ignore it. Forget about fighting it you will lose.

No "offence " commited and it is not a "fine".

I wouldn't bother if I was you, either send in an appeal and ask for the popla verification code ( https://www.popla.org.uk ) if England or Wales, and they turn it down, or don't bother contacting them at all. And by the way which parking company is it ?
