PRESTIGE FLOWERS disgusting service and awful flowers

Options
FLOWERS WILTED, DYING AND OF THE POOREST QUALITY. MY MOTHER WENT BLIND OVERNIGHT AND MY PARTNER ORDERD MY FAVOURITE FLOWERS - LILLIES. WHAT WE RECEIVED WERE DYING CARNATIONS AND ROSES BROWN AT THE EDGES. I WROTE AN EMAIL AND SAID I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE A REPLACEMENT.THIS IS WHAT I RECIEVED:
we cannot offer a resend or a refund for this order without seeing a photo of the bouquet. Please know that we don't need the photo to see if you are lying about the quality or not but for us to launch a claim with the florist we need a photo of the flowers as evidence,

Charlotte Noble
Prestige Flowers

I EMAILED AND SAID I HAD NO TIME TO SEND SUCH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE GIVEN I HAVE AN EXTREMELY SICK MOTHER!!

I RECEIVED NO FLOWERS. THIS IS A CYNICAL COMPANY

If they are just to take your word for it, they would have a flood of fraudulent claims. It's not unreasonable of them to ask for such a thing, given that it apopoears there was clearly a mistake made somewhere. It does seem unreasonable for you to slag them off without giving them a chance to rectify the issue.

    Troll...??
  • I would strongly adivse anyone not to use this company. We made an order. They took our money but didn't deliver. It was impossible to contact their customer services but instead got a threatening automated e mail reply. A week later still not a squeak of apology or the flowers. DISGUSTING

How was it threatening ? Maybe you could post it here.
  • That's a pity.

I was browsing the forum to find a good online florist with good feedback. I want to send fresh flowers to UK. My friend advised me to use Debenhamsflowers.com to send flowers to UK. She had a good experience. Anyone here has any experience with their services or any other suggestion?

Thanks for your time and help.

I used Debenhamsflowers.com a couple of weeks ago and they were brilliant - and the recipient of the flowers was delighted.

I think the flowers were for her, not her mother.. who had gone blind overnight.

The question was asked on the day the OP posted, nearly 3 months ago, and the OP's not been back. Time to let the thread die, I reckon :)
