AV sender/receiver - lines on screen

Hi, I've just bought a GigaAir252 AV sender/receiver to be able to watch sky in a first floor bedroom as well as in lounge. Picture is almost fine apart from a line across the middle, and sound is almost fine except for a slight buzzing. I've tried all channels, turning off all microwaves, wireless broadband, moving the transmitter and receiver around etc, but the line and buzzing is still there.
Any suggestions as to what else I can try?
