Contribution based JSA and pregnant

Hi

I desperately need some help, I'm getting stressed.

I worked for 18 years, upto Oct 2011. I then finished work and was on ESA. I then went onto Income Support in June 2012, and child tax credit.

I found out I was pregnant in Dec 2012, so my ex moved back in with me and my son in Jan 2013. I then didn't qualify for IS, so applied for contribution based JSA mid Jan 2013, which is available until mid Jul 2013. Baby due beginning of Jul. We've already had to opt out of child benefit as would end up having to pay it back.

I am actively seeking work, hoping desperately to find something soon. My partner gets good salary but has a lot of financial commitment so we are already struggling.

Should i tell jobcentre I am pregnant? I haven't mentioned it so far, cos they haven't asked. if i haven't found work, i won't qualify for income based jsa as partner earns too much. Will i get maternity allowance etc?

If I find job now, am I right in thinking i wont have worked enough weeks to qualify for smp?

Thanks in advance. just trying to get worse case scenario figured out :-(
