Went back to work but job ended suddenly, should I sign off?

I took a job last week that was full time. I signed on, on the Monday and got a call from a job agency shortly after. I worked for the remainder of the week for 32 hours, got paid for 28. The job then ended suddenly on the friday.
I now have a sign on appointment for this Monday and am not sure if I need to sign off as I have gone over the 16 hour working rule for claiming JSA. Someone said that because I didn't work in the 2nd week(this week) that they may take the 32 hours over the 2 week period which will only be 16 hours.
Can somebody advise what to expect at the job centre on Monday as I am getting very worried.

As I understand it, though the signing period is two weeks, JSA is a weekly benefit.
You should have signed off after the first 16 hours at the latest.
As I understand it, you can, and should do this over the phone.
You will then have to do a rapid reclaim.0
