i has a baby in oct 2011 prior to this i was working full time. i requested flexible working hours with my employer requesting to work part time when my maternity leave finished. my employer declined this and insisted i had to return to work full time which was not really an option as after childcare and petrol costs i would of been left with £50 per month to pay for food/everyday essentials.
i have a partner who earns £18k per annum an pays the mortgage and utility bills. we applied for ctc & wtc both of which were not entitled to i also tried to claim jsa as i am seeking part time employment and that has also been declined due to me leaving previous job voluntarily i have tried to explain i was left with no option but to resign as would of been in worse position.
Now i dont no what to do all partners money keeps roof over our heads and now i have no income bar £80 child benefit. is there anything i can claim????
