Got form from Integrity centre to be worried or not?

This morning my wife has got a income support review claim form from llford benefit integrity centre.

The form is a A2 so just wanted to know is this normal for them to do as she has only been on IS for 9 months and now we are worried.

    An A2 form is just areview form to see if your circs have changed since you first applied nothing to worry about

    She is claiming for me as well as im ill and on DLA.
