anyone recommend a free PDF to Word convertor?

Hello,

Looking for safe programmes/freeware that allow you to convert PDF files into WORD.
Please note that I am not at all technically able! So very easy and gentle solutions would be great - assume I know nothing! ;0)
Your advise and suggestions are much appreciated.
FYI- I have windows vista and windows 7

Do you want to convert the whole document, or just an extract? If all you want is a small section and formatting is not important, the quick and easy way would be to highlight what you want, cut and paste into a Word document.

There is a free program called calibre which will convert for you, it is an ebook management tool so will allow you to convert most ebooks you download into a suitable format for your ebook reader
