Hi
I'm self-employed with a fluctuating income. The nature of my business is extremely precarious. I am struggling with £8000 of credit card debt and have looked into a DRO.
My question is what happens if my circumstances change? How will it effect the DRO if my business starts picking up?
At the moment I fall into to the strict guidlines.

If you have an increase in income that would put your disposable income above £50 pm then your DRO would be at risk.
You would need to discuss this with your intermediary before you applied.
