Refund after buying software from GAME

Hi All
I will be succinct as I can.
I bought a game around 8th dec online from GAME website. I wanted the download option not the delivered option. I got to payment screen etc and it told me 2-3 days delivery. Now I assumed I had chosen incorrect option, so I contacted game via there own site as I could not at the time see an game@contact.com etc email address.
I bought the game again, and the same thing happened. I again contacted them via their site and advised I wanted it cancelled.
they actually sent me the product codes a day later, though I had already bought the game from the developers site.
I am emailing them to cancel as I have gone to the developer to get confirmation I have not used the key code for the game which they confirmed I had not.
I am at a standstill as I keep emailing the info they want, they then email back saying 'they cant see it' and I email again and then its something else they cant see, basically giving me the run around.
What are my rights? How can I enforce some kind of resolution?
