Can't finalise DVD using Nero

I've burnt a film onto a DVD+RW and it plays ok in my dvdr player. I'm trying to copy the dvdrw onto a dvd+r but I can't seem to finalise it with Nero. The finalise box is greyed out.

Any help would be appreciated as I'm getting through a lot of dvd's

What brand of dvd+r are you using?

Often the main cause of burning problems is down to poor quality discs. You could also try this website https://www.videohelp.com. I have found this site very useful in the past.

Have you chosen the correct disc type? Also, that finalise box - does it have a tick already (even if greyed out)?

Raptorman. I'm using fugifilm dvd+r.

DVB. I'm doing, copy dvd, & there is a tick in the greyed finalise box.

The dvd recorder is a Philips.

If you've got a tick already there - Nero will finalise it for you. In fact, looks like the box is greyed out to prevent you from unticking "finalise", which is probably due to the option you have chosen (one-to-one copy has to be finalised).
