Hi Deals,

You have had some good advice, child maintenance is up to the age of 19th birthday, and providing they are in full time education, otherwise your partner need not pay.
Sounds as if his ex maintenance money is coming to an end and she is starting to panic.
As previous post the maintenance is based on his income, and has nothing to do with assetts
