3. SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW: This Sweepstakes is one (1) sweepstakes during which winners will be randomly selected from the Eligible Entries (hereinafter defined) as follows: (i) one (1) Daily Winner will be selected at 2:00 p.m. CT in the United States , being 8:00 p.m. GMT in the United Kingdom, each day of the Promotion Period (with the exception that no daily drawing will be conducted on the first day of the Promotion Period) for a total of thirty-five (35) Daily Winners; and (ii) up to four (4) Grand Prize Winners will be randomly selected on or about March 22, 2013 from all of the Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. The number of Grand Prize Winners selected will be based on the total number of Eligible Entries received as follows: if between one (1) to one-hundred thousand (100,000) Eligible Entries are received then one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected; (B) if between one-hundred and one thousand (100,001) and two-hundred thousand (200,000) Eligible Entries are received then two (2) Grand Prize Winners will be selected; (C) if between two-hundred thousand and one (200,001) and three-hundred thousand (300,000) Eligible Entries are received then three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be selected; and (D) if over three-hundred thousand Eligible Entries are received then four (4) Grand Prize Winners will be selected. The daily drawings and the grand prize drawing will collectively referred to herein as ("Drawing" or "Drawings"). All Eligible Entries not selected during any one Drawing will remain in the pool of entries for any subsequent Drawings during the Promotion Period.

Entrant does not have to answer the featured "window location" question to get a Sweepstakes entry. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. There is a limit of two (2) entries per email address per each day of the Promotion Period. Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of American Airlines, Inc.
