I want a hotel room with separate bedroom in Antalya - Turkey

It is a puzzle to me what families with young children do when u all sleep in studio room. I would like a room that has a separate bedroom, I don't mind 1 bedroom and we all sleep together but somewhere to sit while he is asleep separate from the bedroom. Most if the family rooms I have seen are all in the same room. We stayed in 1 bedroomed family room in lanzarote last month and it was great, no whispering or sitting in the dark.

Can anyone recommend or suggest a nice place that has these sort of rooms. I am not definite on turkey but I have seen some lovely hotels.

There are loads...but really depends on your budget and dates, etc...and where you do/dont want to go to. :question:
What board basis too...is it just 4 of you or more?

I have a 2 year old and I don't understand the issue??

Do you really mean Antalya? It's a big working city, with tourism restricted mainly to the seafront area.

The lovely walled old town of Kaleici by the seafront and marina is the only area where there any toutisty type hotels and guesthouses. The vast majority of holiday makers stay at Lara Beach, a few miles out to the town, or an hour by road further east at places like Side.

If we are in a studio, we will have to go to bed when he does, and while he is having a nap we won't be able to make any noise. If your 2yr old sleeps like a log then fine, but my little one can be disturbed easily. It was great having a living area so we could potter about while he was sleeping. And when we were baby sitting we could sit and read or watch tv.

I am not set on Antalya just seen a few nice hotels.
Anywhere with all inclusive and good kids facilities.
When I look on Thomas cook and first choice most hotels have all beds in one room.
If anyone has stayed in Turkey with a 1 bed apartment please let me know

Just 2 adults and 1 toddler. We want to go in September. Budget hopefully about 2.5k max for 2 weeks

You really want to be looking at Lara Beach for AI [if you want to be in the Antalya area].

Lara Beach is very convenient as it's arguably the closest resort to any of the regional airports in Turkey.

As for the best hotel for what you want, I reckon you really need to ask the question on the Trip Advisor discussion forum for Antalya.

If you want to go somewhere else on the Turkey Aegean or Mediterranean coasts, of which there are plenty of excellent choices, then Trip Advisor is your place.

Thanks I might do that, I hadn't realised there was a forum. I will give it a go

The best all inclusive hotels are in the Antalya region, Lara beach, Belek etc so to get a suite you will have to pay a supplement on the basic room type.
If you go on thomas cook and put your infomation in, when you click each hotel it tells you which rooms are available and what the supplement will be, most of the hotels in this area offer a suite with a seperate bedroom.
You need to double and triple check the room type if you book with a travel agent, as it has been known that due to the hotel and the agent having different names for each room type, people 'think' they have booked a suite for a bargain price (much cheaper than the hotels own website) and it turns out that they haven't.

Yes good point, you think you are getting a bigger or better room and that be bit confusing. I expect to pay more for a separate bedroom, but don't really want to pay for bathrobes and other extras instead.
