Well a mahoooosive box arrived at work this morning with (most of) the prize in it.

The most expensive part - the jacket - wasn't in the box.

There was nothing in the delivery note to say that it would be sent separately, and the jacket wasn't listed on the note.

Do I wait a while to see if it is being despatched separately, or is it in order to contact the company immediately? I know I am very impatient, but this is an exciting time for me lol.



The rest of the prize package is fabulous - my husband is VERY excited at the floor pump and has been happily playing with it since I got home from work :rotfl::rotfl:

I would contact them immediately. Just saw what you said here, prize arrived, over the moon etc but the jacket wasn't there etc

No point waiting in case it's a genuine mistake, they and you would want it corrected ASAP

I agree just in case it has gone missing in transit and they need to make a claim (It's probably coming in another package as it would not really want to be put in with all the equipment)

Thank you. I emailed the lady at Raleigh and she said that the jacket was being sent separately and should be with me by Monday.

I am very curious to see this jacket - they didn't ask for a size, so it's either going to be a one-size-fits-all thing, or be way too small. Oooh, the excitement of competition prizes where the prize is an unknown quantity
