Legal Aid Changes April 2013

Hi can anyone help me with a quick question as i cant for the life of me find it on Google...
Im aware Legal Aid for family Law is changes in April 2013,,, basically no funding will be available for this after that time (few exceptions but not in our case).
Anyway MY question if anyone knows the answer is... if you start a court case now, and then the changes come in on April 1st, do we get Legal aid for all the stuff leading up to that date....? or as the Solicitors bill is usual paid at the end of the case.. which will be after this time, will we have to cover it all?
I have no clue how much getting visitation rights would cost through a solicitor, but we getting desperate.

Found this, seems that as long as you apply for funding before 31st March, you should get it all paid. Hope that helps0 -
