Disappearing Cashback

I am looking for advice/guidance on this issue.

I was/still am a member of the GreasyPalm cashback site and had been for a couple of years. I was very satified with the site and was happy to recommend it to friends and family.

Until last October, I had waited the mandatory 3 months to claim a large cashback for my car insurance and as before clicked to claim it. What I was not aware of was the fact that the click had not been registered on their system. So consequently when I came to use the £67 Amazon voucher I had "earned" and as far as I was concerned claimed I was told it had expired.

Then things became more confusing, GreasyPalm told me they could not re-issue the voucher as the money had been "spent" but I had claimed an Amazon voucher and their helpdesk told me that their vouchers are good for 12 months.

GreasyPalm are refusing to honour my claim and although I have been polite and formal in all my communications they have now blocked me from their Facebook page.

I do not understand where the money has gone as Amazon claim they have no voucher for me but GreasyPalm have stated that the money cannot be claimed as it has been spent.

Any advice would be welcome, I would just like to claim what I earned nothing more, nothing less.
