She could just tough it out and remain in the house with their children. What will he do then? Physically remove her? Isnt that domestic violence? Mind you,that would only be buying time. If she is entitled to any kind of legal aid she could frustrate or delay her eventual departure and maybe claw something back by getting a family solicitor to harry him with letters about implied trusts/family home blah blah blah but the bottom line is,its legally his home,not hers. They are not married. He bought the house before they got together. His only obligation is to his children and their upkeep. Did she give up work to have their children and if so,how long for?
