I purchased a sensor bin in September from Ebeez and now find the lid does not work by the sensor. I emailed them to tell them about the problem and asked them to supply a new lid.
They emailed back to say that as I have had it for more than 5 days there is nothing they can do. Surely this is not right??
Any advise I'd be very grateful.
