I've found that there is definitely less "reduced" stock of calendars and diaries this year. It would appear that shops have realised that they end up having to sell lots at 50% off (or more) as people usually wait until after New Year to buy them. Must admit that's what I usually do - why pay full price when you can pay half price in January? However, I think I'll be buying 2017's diary when the poundshops get their stock in later this year so that I get my choice.

Got a 6 foot Christmas tree for a fiver yesterday- very happy with that. All Christmas stock is at least 70% off now and there was a fair bit left.

Popped into Wilkinsons today. Most Xmas stuff down to 25p. I bought a set of 80 led tree lights with tree topper which was originally £20. Also picked up Tresemme Ceramic hair waving tongs for 25p. Xmas trees were all £2.50 down from £40 or £50. :j

Dulux 5l paints were reduced to £15 (from £30 everywhere else) and wallpapers were down to £2/£3 (from £8 ish). Looks like theyre reducing their selection again. Was a lot of choice for anyone doing bedrooms, etc
