Check your emails - every single item I ordered last night has been cancelled.:mad::mad::mad:
Talk about a waste of a night.
I know people complain about M&S sales and orders not being fulfilled - but imo Wilkinsons have now won the title for worst company for honouring/fulfilling confirmed orders.

Most of their garden tools, solar lights and exterior lanterns were showing as 1p late last night - obviously an error, but it was worth a go and I fully expected the cancellation email.
"We’re really sorry but we can’t meet your latest gardening products order because of a programming error which occurred when we were changing the prices. You probably noticed that our usual great value was even better than expected as a result of this error! "
I didn't really expect to receive items costing £20 (and I ordered 9) for 1p each!

I've never had problems with Wilko and this was clearly a mistake, and not part of a pattern, like M & S, so I'm not too upset by their failure to deliver.

does anyone know when the half price Pick 'n' Mix offer ends? I noticed that it was still half price today, but lady I spoke to instrore wasn't sure if tomorrow is the last day

I have had 2nd order definitely cancelled as have a refund email, that order included some solar lights but no email as yet for my 1st order.

Is there anyway of tracking order if you did not set up an account?

If some people were ordering goods worth £180 for 9p.....
That could explain why everyones got cancelled then. Although I agree it was worth your while trying.

Stuff I had ordered was twine, tie-backs and plant labels etc.
Many were 10p in store last week, so final reductions down to 1p seemed great, but perfectly reasonable - not an obvious 'mistake'.

Just to clarify (I didn't express myself very well) I did not personally order 9 x £20 items as mostly OS. It was small items such as twine and hooks, plus some pruning shears and a leaf rake. What I meant was that whole web pages were showing items as 1p, some originally costing £20+, so it was unlikely orders would be fulfilled.

I had one order for 6p and one for 3p but have only received one refund email. I checked my account this am and one order was showing as for despatch, the other in progress, but have just checked again and they now both say cancelled - but no cancellation email for first order.

its not a error they reduce stock 25% then 50% then 75% and finally they go 99% off today instore all the same items online (if still in stock) get sold (via price only on till) normally the store picks the reduced price any thing from 10p up and puts on a trolley at tills, but if the item is scanned normally the price is 1p on till
they done it this way for a long time
