Well assuming the PC uses a continuous 220W (which PCs don't) and assuming no other charges or discounts apply to your tariff (which there will be unless you are supplied by Ebico) then the cost would be:

    (220/1000)kW x 24h x £0.14 = £0.74

    :)

PC's usually go into 'sleep' mode when on, but not used, so don't cost a lot
The problem is all the kit that you have running with it - Broadband box?/printer?

Best bet is to buy a 'Wattmeter" for around £10 - This plugs into the power socket and you plug whatever domestic appliance you want to check the power use on, into it - My big surpise was that my BT B'band box drags 15 watts - Left on 24/7 it would consume 131kw, (£18), over year.

Despite BT saying it should be always left on, I switch mine off after a computer session and have been doing this for 3 years, and it ain't broke yet

Your BT broadband box should be left on (according to BT) both as it will in some cases make the exchange assume your line is less good than it is, so slow your speed if you're constantly turning it off, and because that it will share your broadband with others, as part of the BT wireless service that means you can use wifi when away from home.
It may in fact be in your terms and conditions that you have to leave it on.
