Hi All,
I'm 22, married and interested in starting the investing process. I've been interested in IRA's, but don't know much. I think that I would be most interested in a long term / low risk investment, but (let's not be stupid) I want to MAKE MONEY.
Any ideas - tips - pointers - things that I should know?

before you decide anything, you need to decide how much you are prepared to lose in a given year. 10%, 20% 50% or whatever? Then you can have a better idea how you should spread your investment and what things to include and not include.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). If you are thinking about investing but you are not sure where to start you could consider paper trading to practice. If you go to bullbearings.co.uk then you can buy shares with pretend money so if you lose you won't get in trouble with the wife!0
