Hi, If you have a computer problem be very careful.

I live in Essex and there are a number of computer repair scams going on, BEFORE you call anyone out check that they are who they say they are, I found out too late and now I called out a man who's add in the yellow pages say's he is in Eastgate Basildon, but now I know he is not and now I can't get my computer back,
The list below are numbers I have found that are all connected to www.click4pc.co.uk.

01245 200 746 Chelmsfor Essex
They are all on Yell. com using 0800 0852143 as well as the numbers above.

Click4pc and click computers were on BBC Watchdog Rogue Traders, they are the same people and they are still doing it, Not only in Essex.they come from Bromsgrove

Has anyone else been caught by them ? please post if you have so we can get HELP.

Remaining advice:
If you're worried about someone taking away your property, don't let them do it. Most established technicians will happily loan you a laptop if you request it while resolving the issues your system has - at least this is some sort of collateral.
