Im getting a little confused with which letter i should be posting first - can someone help please?
I had an old store card (etam) which had ppi on it. I have a few statements left showing details of account number which is handy but i don't have many so don't know how much ppi i have paid in total.
Should i be sending a sar?, consumer questionnaire? or the template letter asking for a copy of my original agreement?
Im going to send it to Santander as i believe they took over from G E Bank, is that correct?
Ive downloaded several template letters and have got myself so confused - any help appreciated
