CHEAP ENERGY CLUB-registration problem

hi
for some reason i cant register for the cheap energy club. i keep getting blocked at the password stage

ive tried umpteen 8 character alpha numeric passwords -all rated strong =to no avail . it keeps saying i need to answer question !

help needed please

Can I check what browser you're using? Is it firefox or IE etc..

Me too. I'm using firefox and tried several. When I put in my password it says it is strong but then won't accept it saying it is too weak.

I too have tried several times to register without success.
I get a message at the top of the form requesting an answer to a question marked with a red exclamation mark, but no mark is evident anywhere.
I am using Internet Explorer 9.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I managed to register but, as always, I logged out then immediately logged in again so I could save the password to my keychain. The login was unsuccessful so I requested to reset my password. I created a new password in keychain and did a 'copy & paste' to put it in the form. I used the same 'paste' to try to log in and it didn't work. I then carefully typed it in and am still unable to log in and there is no 'contact us' option on the site. I'm now trying to find out how to deregister as I'm not happy with the log in problems and from reading other discussions it isn't very good anyway.

After logging in to the Cheap Energy Club, when I try to fill in my details and select my address a message pops up saying:
'Sorry! We cannot find your energy supply region so are unable to switch you' and I can't go any further. Why & what can I do about this? I checked the list of regions and mine, the SW, is on there.
