Child benefit changes

I am in a fortunate position that I earn over £50,000 and as a family we took a decision to have my wife stay at home to look after our daughter (i.e. no additional income except with child benefit income being paid directly to her).
Given the new changes (which I've still had no letter about), we are about to become worse off, however I have heard that putting more into a pension fund to reduce your income to (upto) £50,000 means that we could still receive our Child Benefit income
Is there anywhere where I can get more information on this, like exactly how much do I need pay into a pension to still receive the full benefit, is my existing pension contributions covered (i.e. already being deducted from the calculation) and is there an age limit on when I could access my pension if I did do this?
I'm 47 and my daughter is 5, so would ideally like to get at the money I'd put into the pension in around 13 years time to coincide with my retirement and my daughter's further education (possibly)
Any help much appreciated
