i have just read some of the coments about central heating cover by the big utility companies and what seems to come through in most cases where people need to use there cover is the word incompitence . wont bore you with the sordid details of the service i got from npower but it is very similar to the ones already posted .best bet is to find your local supplier of your bioler . have it serviced by them and when needed call them out if you require breakdown call, this will save you being without heat and hot water for over 11days during winter (.nightmare .).i have a halstead bioler and ideal heating in westhoughton fixed in 15minutes that npower failed to do in 11 days !!!!.so dont pay for peace of mind cover it does not happen
