I bought a brand new motorbike in November on finance, Ive ridden it for less than 1 hour until I noticed something wrong with it. Thanks for all that Dalesrider. As you can see it says i had a look at adjusting it, but I did continue to have a go at adjusting it even though it looked how it did. As far as i was aware it was how it was meant to be. obviously now i know it wasn't correct to start with.

I guess all i can do is sit back and wait and they can take as long as they want to fix it, and i have no rights to getting a refund or compensation for being inconvenienced.
