    Quite right - but ILW likes to think that PPCs actually have parking management at heart and seems to have a rose-tinted view that PPCs only issue their fake PCNs for good reason, like breaches causing loss to the landowner (LOL!!). Unlike parking with a wheel on a bay line of course, which could easily have been caused by a whole row of cars parking slightly skew-whiff and causes no loss whatsoever.

    He thinks that he will never get one and that all of us have 'done something wrong'...:)

    Seconded!! Plus not forgetting a lot of the bays would be deemed non compliant in a council car park!
